Social Platform Terms

These Social Platform Terms apply to your use of third-party social media integrations available through Reyian.

1. Third-Party Services

Reyian integrates with third-party social media platforms to enable features such as content publishing, scheduling, analytics, and account management.

These platforms are operated by independent third parties and are not owned or controlled by Blauhands Productions LLP ("Company") unless expressly stated.

Your use of those platforms remains subject to their respective terms, policies, and community guidelines.

2. Account Authorization

By connecting a social media account to Reyian, you authorize us to access and use that account solely for the permissions you grant during the authorization process.

Depending on the platform and permissions granted, Reyian may:

  • Publish content

  • Schedule posts

  • Retrieve profile information

  • Access connected pages or organizations

  • Retrieve analytics or engagement metrics

  • Synchronize account information

You may revoke these permissions at any time through the relevant social platform or your Reyian account settings.

3. Platform Availability

Features available through Reyian depend on the capabilities and policies of the connected platform.

Third-party platforms may modify, suspend, restrict, or discontinue APIs, permissions, or functionality at any time.

As a result, certain Reyian features may become unavailable without prior notice.

The Company is not responsible for changes made by third-party platforms.

4. Publishing

Reyian submits publishing requests on your behalf.

Successful publication depends on factors outside our control, including:

  • Platform availability

  • API availability

  • Authentication status

  • Rate limits

  • Platform moderation

  • Temporary service interruptions

We do not guarantee successful publication of every scheduled post.

5. Account Restrictions

Social media platforms may:

  • Remove content

  • Limit visibility

  • Suspend accounts

  • Restrict API access

  • Permanently disable accounts

These actions are determined solely by the relevant platform.

The Company has no authority to reverse or influence such decisions.

6. User Responsibility

You are responsible for ensuring that all published content complies with:

  • Applicable laws

  • Intellectual property rights

  • Advertising regulations

  • Platform terms of service

  • Community standards

  • Content policies

Using Reyian does not relieve you of these responsibilities.

7. Analytics

Where analytics are displayed, they are generally obtained from third-party platforms.

The Company does not guarantee the completeness, accuracy, or availability of analytics provided by third-party services.

Metrics may change if the platform revises its reporting methodology.

8. Connected Accounts

You represent that you are authorized to connect and manage every account linked to Reyian.

You must not connect accounts that you do not own or otherwise have permission to manage.

9. Removal of Integrations

The Company may suspend or discontinue support for any social platform where necessary due to:

  • Changes in platform policies

  • Legal requirements

  • Security concerns

  • Technical limitations

  • Commercial considerations

Where reasonably practicable, we will provide advance notice of material changes.

10. No Endorsement

The availability of an integration does not imply any partnership, endorsement, sponsorship, certification, or approval by the relevant social media platform unless expressly stated by the Company.
