Blauhands Productions LLP ("Company", "we", "our", or "us") engages third-party service providers ("subprocessors") to help operate, secure, and improve Reyian.

This page describes the categories of subprocessors we rely on and, where applicable, names specific providers. We review this list periodically and update it as our providers change.

2. Subprocessor Categories

Providers that verify identities and manage sign-in sessions.

Cloud Hosting

Providers that host the Services and store infrastructure data.

Payments

Providers that process subscription and other payments. We do not store complete card numbers on our servers.

Providers that send transactional, billing, and service-related email.

Analytics

Providers that measure product usage and performance.

Error Monitoring

Providers that collect crash reports and error data to improve reliability.

AI Inference

Providers that power AI-assisted content and automation features.

File Storage

Providers that store files and media you upload.

Customer Support

Providers that help us deliver support and respond to requests.

3. International Transfers

Some subprocessors process information in countries other than your country of residence. Where required, we use appropriate safeguards for international transfers in accordance with applicable laws.

4. Updates to This List

We may add, replace, or remove subprocessors as our Services evolve.

Where required by law, we will notify affected customers in advance of material changes to our subprocessors.
